Despite seemingly resembling characteristics, attitudes, fashion and  styles, Emo and Scene both are altogether different cultures. However, there are many misconceptions about emo people and scenesters, which are prevalent all over the world mainly due to the similarities in their outwardly appearances.  There are many differences in the way they live, the way they dress and the way they style their hair.

Although music is the main ingredient of emo and scene culture but emo music mostly has sad songs and lyrics that reflect ‘I hate life’ genre.
